It feels soothing the moment the cool pad is placed on the skin, and the adhesion is also good!! It doesn't peel off easily either!! I really thought this was a thoughtful detail, as the pad shape is not just a simple circle, but one side is slightly indented, which is perfect for placing it under the eyes when applying it to the cheeks. Wow, this is amazing... such a clever design😙

The part that was disappointing about the pad itself fit me well, so there wasn't really anything. But the white part where you put the tweezers on the product container... it was really hard to take off. However, this may not be the case for all product containers, it could just be with mine.

Rather than a tip, this is how most people use it, but I attach one each to my cheeks, one to my forehead, and one to my neck, for a total of 4, and wait for about 5 minutes. When I do this, the product seems to absorb better into the skin, making it easier to apply makeup afterwards.
