For those of us with dry scalp and dandruff, this product is a godsend. I tried it as a last resort after countless natural shampoos failed to help. (I'd love to try the banana hair pack that's supposedly amazing for scalp and hair, but it's just too pricey - bananas are barely affordable as food these days!)
Most dry scalp shampoos, often containing argan oil, leave my hair plastered to my head by afternoon, with an intense scalp odor, even after two or three washes. Skip a day, and it's a disaster. But not with this one!
It's affordable, free of harsh ingredients, and truly effective. It cleanses well, doesn't irritate my scalp at all, leaves my hair feeling fresh and bouncy with great volume, and no stickiness.
The scent! Have you ever encountered such a foul odor? I know Michel Gro's bananas are said to have an unpleasant smell, but adding a synthetic melon fragrance just results in a melon-poo aroma. Please, just remove the fragrance altogether... Are they sponsored by Melona ice cream or something?
If you have an oily scalp, you'll definitely need to shampoo twice to keep that scalp odor at bay until evening.
On days when I've worked out and sweated a lot, I use a tea tree shampoo first, followed by this one.
The best deal is to buy a two-pack bundle on social commerce sites.
