Unlike some toner pads that can make a mess when opened, these stay neat! They're definitely not just toner pads - those tend to be very light, watery, and can leave skin feeling dry as the moisture evaporates quickly. Using these Serena pads feels more like applying a mini sheet mask from the same line! Like the Serena mask, these pads have a lightweight feel but provide long-lasting hydration. After wiping, your skin feels fresh and moisturized, and that hydrated feeling lasts. That's why I find them so effective even when my skin is really dehydrated! However, there's a slight stickiness or tackiness in the finish, so if you prefer a completely fresh feel, you might find it a bit heavy.
