  Pros

  As a college student who's been using this product for over a year and even got a consultation at Skin School 5 years ago, I can vouch for its effectiveness! True to its name, this cream definitely makes you feel like your skin is being protected and soothed when you apply it. Since I find applying BB cream a hassle and often skip it on less important days, I've noticed a clear difference in my skin texture at night when I wash my face, comparing days I've used it to days I haven't. The coverage is incredibly natural, and when applied before sunscreen or makeup, it truly acts as a protective barrier and regenerating cream. It's on the matte side, which I prefer as I have oily skin, and I didn't experience any discomfort while applying it - definitely a plus in my book!

  Cons

  While it focuses on skin regeneration and looks natural, it falls short in terms of color payoff and expressiveness. Depending on your skin, it might sometimes give off a dull, lifeless hue. Moreover, despite its great ingredients, it transfers quite easily. I haven't tried many BB creams, but I found this one to come off and transfer more than expected. If your main goal is skin coverage, you might want to layer a cushion foundation with good coverage and adherence on top for better results.

  Tip

  I always apply this product before my sunscreen (following the order: toner - ampoule - emulsion - BB cream - sunscreen). After long-term comparison, I've found this routine to be much better for my skin, with less BB cream transfer. When used with a physical sunscreen, it seems to slightly counteract the white cast, balancing out the dull tone. Oh, and like with most cosmetics, be careful with white clothes!

  It's worth every penny. Provides natural coverage without irritating the skin.

  Cons

  There's nothing particularly disappointing about it... It's better than anything else you can find in stores.

  Tip

  Using a spatula is a must.
