Whether due to the ingredients or not, my scalp started itching right from when my hair was wet after washing. Sometimes I experience itching after washing when my scalp is dry, so I dried my hair as usual. But after drying, the itching became unbearable. When I came to Hwahae to check the ingredients, I found that most people had similar experiences, so I immediately washed my hair again with my regular shampoo. I'm glad it was just a travel kit, but I definitely won't be able to use this in the future.

After using this on both dry and oily scalps, I've decided not to repurchase. I tried the 100ml travel kit version. Regarding the scent, it has a strong musk fragrance. While it's neither particularly good nor bad, it's not ideal for a daily shampoo. As for cleansing effectiveness, it seems to remove most of the oil well, but... as I'll explain below, I don't plan to use it again.

I won't repurchase because it contains sodium laureth sulfate in the ingredients.

I bought a 1,000ml bottle in a 1+1 deal for 23,800 won. It's a clear gel-type shampoo. The packaging is stylish and attractive, and I love the large volume. The pump works well, and the scent is incredibly luxurious and pleasant right from the first use! While it doesn't lather as much as regular shampoos, it's not so little that you need to pump twice. The foam feels fine and dense, which might be because it's designed to cleanse fine dust. Although it's a scalp shampoo, there's no cooling effect, but my scalp felt comfortable during use. It relieved the occasional itchiness I experienced in daily life, and I didn't have any blemishes. Usually, after using scalp shampoos, my hair feels a bit stiff, but this product leaves it soft, almost as if I've used a treatment. Perhaps because of this, my hair gets oily after a day and a half, whereas with other scalp shampoos it would get oily in two days. The packaging is easy to recycle.

It wasn't just one or two, but three or more popping up... so frustrating! After washing, it feels like bugs are crawling on my scalp - so itchy. I've never experienced this with other shampoos and conditioners, nor had these blemishes before. Since using this Nad's shampoo and conditioner, I've gotten acne on my forehead, between my brows, and other facial areas. I considered using it up since it's such a large bottle, but I just can't. After reading other reviews, I found many people with similar experiences, some even reporting hair loss! I'm tossing this immediately and switching back to my old shampoo and conditioner.

There's a slight... itchiness? To be fair, I only wash my hair every other day, so that could be a factor. Despite the occasional itchiness, the fragrance is so lovely that I'll use up the entire 1L bottle and cherish every drop.

If you love Lush's Sleepy or Twilight, you'll absolutely adore this! While it's described as musky, it doesn't have that typical heavy musk scent. The fresh, grassy aroma is more prominent. Unlike Lush's 100% lavender scent, this feels like a 70% lavender blend with 30% other herbs and green notes. This composition makes it less likely to become tiresome, perfect for long-term use. I'm thrilled to have found such a great Lush alternative! It lathers beautifully too (I have long, straight hair with slightly permed ends and thick volume). After washing with this shampoo and its matching treatment, the bathroom is filled with a delightful lavender scent. It's simply wonderful!
