Pros
I bought it based on the ingredients, but I'm so disappointed...
Cons
It causes a ton of dandruff and makes my hair clump together... I absolutely do NOT recommend this!

Pros
I've been using this product for 3 days, and unfortunately, I can't say there's anything particularly good about it.
Cons
After using this shampoo, I experienced a lot of blemishes. It also caused dandruff and dead skin cells to build up. What's worse, my hair became greasy and flat within just 3 hours of washing.

I decided to buy it because tea tree and rosemary work well for me
Cons
However, the signature scent doesn't agree with me. It makes my scalp itchy and causes dandruff

Pros
It has a pleasant scent. The texture is soft and gentle. You get a generous amount. The price is reasonable.
Cons
It causes a lot of dandruff. My hair gets greasy quickly. I probably won't buy it again.

The cleansing effectiveness is lacking. Even after shampooing, my hair feels a bit greasy. Also, if I use this exclusively, I notice dandruff appearing, so I might need to do a separate scalp treatment.

Pros
Great value for money and a lovely fragrance. The generous amount means it's not a burden to use. The packaging design is also appealing.
Cons
It leaves white flakes that look like dandruff. Even with thorough rinsing, it doesn't seem to wash out completely. It might be building up on the scalp. The white flakes make it look messy. I thought it might be because I was washing every other day, but even when I shampoo twice daily, it still seems to leave a slightly sticky residue.

Pros
The fragrance is pleasant and not polarizing. Plus, just using this shampoo leaves your hair feeling soft.
Cons
When I use only this shampoo, my scalp becomes incredibly itchy the next day, and I develop blemishes on my scalp, back, and chest. Within less than a day, my hair becomes greasy, and there's an odor from the crown of my head. I never had dandruff with other shampoos, but with this one, if I scratch my head once, there's so much dandruff it gets stuck under my fingernails.

Pros
After using this, even my mom was delighted with how soft and manageable her hair became.
Cons
Using this shampoo caused my dandruff to explode. Despite washing my hair, it didn't help. I liked the fragrance and how it made my hair smooth, but it just doesn't suit me. Such a shame I can't use it.

Pros
I switched to this shampoo because I loved the scent of their hand wash, and I'm not disappointed. The fragrance is lovely, and it seems to work well. Using it as a set with the treatment is even better.
Cons
The bottle size is too large - I wish they offered smaller options. It'll take forever to use up. I've only just realized it contains many harmful ingredients... It doesn't seem to suit me. After using about half the bottle, I developed scalp inflammation and increased dandruff.
