After applying it for the first day or two, I noticed some blemishes under my eyes... So I calmed the blemishes and tried again, and after that, no more blemishes appeared! It's a bit disappointing that you need to apply it two or three times for it to show up. Also, when applied over foundation, it doesn't absorb as well, so when I do my aegyo-sal (under-eye puff), I just apply it directly without foundation!
