I apply this mask right before bed after washing my face and sleep with it on. As someone with super sensitive skin, I was worried about potential blemishes, but it's been fine! It has a refreshing scent and provides a cooling effect when applied. While the instructions suggest removing it after a certain time, I've found it works well to just wear it to bed. Though there's no dramatic change immediately, after using it a couple of times, I felt like my jawline appeared more defined and my double chin seemed reduced - though it could be my imagination. Overall, I'm satisfied and continue to use the product I purchased. It can feel a bit tight around the ears and while not painful, there's some discomfort. To address this, I stretch it out sufficiently before putting it on my ears. (Be careful not to overstretch it though, as it might lose its firming effect - it's also fine to adjust after putting it on.) Since I fall asleep wearing it, I've found a way to enhance its effects. There's a neck pack from the same product line shown in the photo, so I apply that first and then put this mask over it to keep everything in place. Alternatively, I sometimes create a DIY pack using cotton pads or other sheet masks for my chin area, then layer this product on top. For best results, apply a generous layer of serum before using the mask.
