I thoroughly dampened my makeup puff with it, then used it before applying foundation, during foundation application with the fixer-soaked puff, and finally sprayed it all over my face after finishing the foundation. While other reviews mentioned that fixers can make the skin feel tight, the So Natural Water Glow Fixer is incredibly hydrating, so I didn't experience that sensation at all. I highly recommend this effective and moisturizing fixer.
