Personally, I'm not a big fan of toner pads, but the Huxley Moisture Bound Pad was quite nice. It has a soft, powdery feel when applied. Keeping it in the fridge and using it chilled, the slightly viscous toner left my skin feeling plump and bouncy. It was great for layering and using as a face mask as well.

Pros
Huxam products are vegan and only contain gentle products, so I trust and purchase them regularly. I also trusted and purchased the toner pads. Other toner pads often have embossing or an irritating side, but Huxam's pads have neither - both sides are completely non-irritating, so using them was very comfortable! They're also thin, which makes them good for using as a pack. The lack of exfoliating ingredients means they're compatible with other products (it's best not to use exfoliating ingredients like retinol or peeling gels at the same time as they can be irritating!), and they didn't cause any irritation.
Cons

I didn't have high expectations, but it's amazing! I've been using it as a cleansing pad before makeup, and it provides great moisturization. There are 90 sheets, which is a lot! The pad size is about average. I didn't know it also contains kombucha ingredients!
Cons
