This was my first time trying a night cream, and I was pleasantly surprised. It wasn't overly rich, but had a nice hydrating feel that I really enjoyed. I occasionally forgot to apply it and just used my regular routine, but I later found out it's not meant to be used every night anyway. Turns out I was unknowingly using it correctly! With my usual routine, I sometimes wake up feeling dry, but not with this product. My skin feels hydrated and moisturized, but not excessively oily. I'd recommend this to anyone looking for a product that provides ample hydration with a balanced richness that's not too heavy.
ConsI also started using Physiogel Essence-in Toner recently, and for some reason, I've noticed an increase in small bumps on my forehead. I'm not sure which product is causing it. I'll update this review once I've used both products a bit longer and figure out the cause.

I've given up on controlling the oil and prefer moisturizing skincare, so I was thrilled to try the Bepantol Night Cream! It applies smoothly and absorbs well. Usually, these types of creams are thick and hard to spread, but this one is so soft it comes in a pump bottle. Even after applying all sorts of serums, the final cream determines the skin texture, and this one leaves my skin with a beautiful glow and a comfortable feeling. When I rinse my face with water in the morning, I can tell it's not greasy because it washes off cleanly without any oily residue.
ConsAt first, I cautiously applied only a small amount, but as I liked it, I gradually increased the quantity. Suddenly, I noticed tiny bumps appearing on my forehead! I usually break out in painful pimples or small bumps when I use rich products like Sulwhasoo's high-nutrition line or Physiogel, and Bepantol also caused slight bumps on my forehead when I applied it generously. It's not a problem if you control the amount.
TipYou'll feel the satisfaction of it absorbing completely if you apply it after letting your other skincare products sink in well!

The scent wasn't bad either.
ConsUnfortunately, it didn't work well for me. Every time I used it, blemishes would appear. I tried it when I first got it, and the next day I had breakouts, so I stopped. After three days, I tried again, but the following day, more blemishes appeared. I paused once more, then gave it one last chance, hoping it might be different, but sadly, it still caused blemishes. It seems this product just isn't compatible with my skin.

I have sensitive skin with allergies to pollen, dust, hemp, peach fuzz, and house dust. The ingredients are gentle. After using it for about 4 months (see the last photo), I've been consistently applying about two pea-sized amounts. For daytime, I used Dr.G Relief Cream and Real Barrier Extreme Cream, while using this product at night, except around the eyes. Gradually, my skin improved. My skin tone even returned to normal, and although there's still a slight flush, the tiny bumps have almost disappeared. While it's hard to say this product alone made a huge difference, after consistent use for over 3 months, it seems to have a calming effect.
ConsAs shown in the photo, it got worse, with redness spreading even to my neck. While there don't seem to be any incompatible ingredients, my skin oddly flared up. This is the result after 2 weeks of use (see second photo). After 3 weeks of use, it feels drier than expected and oil rises to the surface over time. Please refer to the third photo. When I wake up after applying it, my skin looks jaundiced like that (it returns to normal skin color after washing). It's strange. The price is expensive considering the ingredients and volume. How did they arrive at 44,000 won? It's difficult to measure the amount to use.
TipAfter applying your final cream during nighttime skincare, place an oil blotting paper on areas with blemishes for 5 minutes, then remove.

I used to have extremely dry skin, requiring a complex routine of toner, essence, emulsion, cream, and moisturizer. Even then, I'd often need to spot-treat dry areas. Lately, though, I've been getting by with just toner, essence, and this night face cream. The scent is a subtle buttery fragrance that's barely noticeable unless you're actively trying to smell it, making it suitable for those sensitive to scents. The texture allows for excellent control when dispensing, making it user-friendly overall. Previously, my skin would feel tight immediately after cleansing, but now I don't experience that tightness in the morning after using this cream. Its hydrating power is truly impressive!
ConsUnfortunately, I experienced quite severe blemishes around my eyes after using this, and a few on my cheeks as well. I have particularly sensitive skin and atopic dermatitis, so I've been using only prescription emulsions and creams from my dermatologist. I thought my skin had improved enough to try this, but I'm disappointed with the result. Apart from this issue, there's not much else to complain about, though the price point means I won't be stocking up on it.

Spreads smoothly when applied. The pump dispenser makes it convenient to use.
ConsWhile it initially felt non-greasy and didn't seem to clog pores, it eventually caused red blemishes to appear, left my skin dry, and later resulted in a tingling sensation. As someone with dry and super sensitive skin, this product just isn't suitable for me...
TipOut of curiosity, I tried applying it on my hands like a hand cream. It feels soft, has a slight sheen and rich texture, and feels moisturizing (absorbs well even after two pumps). I think this might be more suitable for normal skin types.
