Not sticky, but sticky, so the skin feels sticky after removing the sheet - Unlike the Haemask pack moisture, this one has a black sheet. But this black sheet fits better and feels softer
Cons- There's nothing particularly bad, but if I had to choose, the sheet is a bit big for me?
