I noticed there's no expiration date marked on this product...

It's really, really sheer. You need to apply at least 4 coats to get the color you see in the bottle. All Rom&nd nail polishes seem to be like this. The 'Pebble' shade is especially light. The black shade goes on so lightly it almost looks like you've got dirt on your nails... it's a bit ambiguous. The volume is also a bit small. I don't think I'll be repurchasing this unfortunately.

The syrupy nail polish is easy to apply. It also comes off easily! Plus, it's often on sale, so you can buy it at a budget-friendly price without breaking the bank. It dries quickly too - just 1-2 minutes and it's ready to go.

It's not a color I absolutely love or reach for often, so paying the full price (8000 won) feels a bit much. Rom&nd often has sales on their official website and other platforms. Right now, if you're a member or sign up as a new member on their official site, you can buy one nail polish for just 100 won. I actually bought one at that price. (I'm not a Rom&nd employee, just a regular member, though I sound like I'm promoting them...) I just checked, and it seems 'Mongdol' isn't available for this offer.

✨ Color: It's black, but when applied, it has a slight grayish tint. It's not a pure black, but more of a soft black feel. I rarely use black nail polish, but I received this as a gratis item when shopping on the official website, so I decided to try it out.

I bought various items from the official website and received them as a gift. I wasn't really interested in nails before, but putting that aside, this type of nail polish that applies in this way has been a trend for a few years now. I've never thought it was pretty, and I just thought it was strange how trends and marketing work.

I rambled on too much, but anyway, the liquid is super runny and applies like diluted black ink in water. Unless you're just slopping it on, it applies thinly at first and the color builds up a bit more once it's fully dried. 
The smell is quite strong, as volatile as the fast drying speed.

As much effort as I put into explaining, if you apply it three times as recommended, well... to put it nicely, it has a sort of obsidian shard-like effect. But honestly, it's just not great.

The way it is reflected and pigmented can be considered a new concept, but I kept thinking it was like a low-quality nail polish sold at a stationery store when I was young. I wonder if it would have been better if the intensity had risen a little more gently to match the watered-down pigmentation? Personally, I think it would be more appealing to use it by applying a vivid color and then covering it with a glossy top coat, like applying a lip gloss, rather than using it alone.

The price is high, but you need to do more than three coats for the color to come out and it peels off easily.
