It feels incredibly soft after application. I remember being constantly amazed right after using it. I used this for a while after winning it from Hwahae, and even completed the survey. However, after the survey, I started getting unexplained hives. Not knowing the cause, I stopped using various cosmetics one by one, until I finally realized this softener was the culprit. I don't have super sensitive skin, so I've never had blemishes or hives from any cosmetics before. But with this softener, I struggled with blemishes that suddenly appeared all at once. Around my nose, especially above the nasolabial folds, it turned red and even stung. I didn't know the cause until I had used almost half of it, but the blemishes disappeared only after I stopped using this product.
