>>The Hwahae Testers Review<< This toner has a watery, fluid texture! It's suitable for various methods like pat-pat application, toner mask, or as an exfoliating toner. For those whose skin gets red from wearing masks (like me...), this product quickly calms the skin and seems to improve skin texture! And for those concerned about fragrance, this one is unscented!
Rather than a downside, just note that when used alone, it may evaporate quickly, potentially leaving your skin feeling dry!
Personally, I found success using this toner in 3 layers for the pat-pat method, or soaking a cotton pad for a toner mask to boost hydration. Then, I finish with a thin double layer of a rich ceramide cream (I recommend Numbuzin). You'll likely notice a difference in your skin the next morning when you wash your face!
