It's a bit disappointing to use in the dead of winter, so I'd recommend using it during other seasons. If you use it in winter, you'll probably go through the whole bottle in less than a week.

I found this really convenient to use when my body was dry and needed hydration. The spray is great because it works well even when you turn the bottle upside down. I felt bad throwing away the bottle when it was empty because it was so effective!
