The spray power is good, and it's pleasantly moisturizing. However, it can get dry in the winter, so you might need to apply lotion as well. I also liked that there was no stickiness!

Pros
The scent was not particularly polarizing, which was good. While the spray wasn't extremely fine, it wasn't so strong as to be inconvenient for applying to the body. The best part was that, true to its 'Calming Relief' name, it had a really great soothing effect on body blemishes. I would spray it on my neck and back every evening, and the blemishes would quickly subside. It also had pretty good moisturizing power, so I didn't need to apply a separate body lotion after using it. I started by just spraying it on my neck and back, but eventually started using it all over my body.
Cons
If I had to nitpick, the spray could be a bit finer.

Many women tend to get body blemishes on their chest and back of the neck as well. I found that liberally applying the product to the chest area, then placing a cotton pad or sheet mask-like cotton over it to use as a pack, helped the blemishes subside quickly.

The feel is really not oily or sticky at all, but light! It's perfect for me, as I really dislike greasy and sticky things. After showering, when you spray it on, you get a sense of your body becoming soft!
