You don't need to use a separate conditioner or treatment, and it won't leave your hair feeling stiff. It's also a good value product.
ConsI've tried a lot of Kundal shampoos, and some I like and some I don't. This shampoo should just be called 'Acacia' instead, because the Moringa scent is honestly just overpowered by the Acacia scent.
TipAfter working up a good lather, gently massage it into your scalp with your fingertips, then rinse thoroughly.

However, after drying, the scent becomes really nice. I used to only use regular shampoos like Miseong and Elastine, but after using Kundal, I felt that my hair became softer just from shampooing. It was truly an amazing shampoo. The one I used before caused dandruff on my scalp, but I've settled on Kundal now even though I bleach my hair.
ConsThe fragrance is both a drawback and an advantage... The packaging itself has an intense scent, but when used, the fragrance becomes incredibly nice.
TipAfter the second shampoo, don't rinse out the conditioner. Apply it to the ends of your hair and let it sit for 5 minutes before rinsing it all together. This will leave you feeling refreshed and also remove any scalp flakes.

Most importantly, it effectively prevents hair damage from frequent perms and dye treatments, which I have noticed. After drying my hair, I feel that my hair is more moisturized and glossy than before. The use of green-grade ingredients is also appealing, and it is an excellent value-for-money product.
ConsI'm aware that the price has recently increased due to an 'ingredient upgrade', but as a user who has experienced the product's effectiveness, I understand the rationale. However, if the price continues to rise from here, the image of it being a value-for-money product may be lost, and it may simply become an average-priced item from my perspective as a consumer.
