While I love the Moringa scent from The Body Shop, it's a bit pricey. I chose this for its value, and I have no regrets!
ConsI have no complaints about the product itself. There are so many fragrances to choose from, it's almost overwhelming. If there's one thing I wish Kundal would improve, it's that they don't have a recycling program for empty bottles like Amore Pacific does. That's really the only downside.
TipThey offer products that allow you to care for everything from hair to body with a single fragrance! When you use the set including hair care, treatment, body wash, and body emulsion, the scent lasts longer than you'd expect! For those struggling to choose a scent, I'd describe The Body Shop's Moringa as sweet with a hint of freshness, while Kundal's Acacia Moringa has a bittersweet quality to it.

It feels like I've used conditioner even though I've only shampooed! The fragrance is quite strong, so the lingering scent lasts for quite a while!
ConsI've heard that with moisturizing shampoos, if you don't rinse thoroughly, it can cause blemishes! So you really need to pay attention to rinsing it out completely!

It's a delightful blend of acacia and moringa that creates a perfectly sweet and fragrant aroma. After rinsing, I personally found my hair felt moisturized and refreshed, even without using a conditioner!
ConsIf I had to point out one drawback, it would be that the lovely scent doesn't linger for very long.

My hair is also damaged. I've been using this product for about a year now. First off, the scent is absolutely divine and it's perfect for my damaged hair. The fragrance is truly incredible. Everyone who comes over and washes their hair at my place comments on how amazing it smells. The scent also lasts quite a while. It lathers up beautifully, which feels so satisfying. It rinses out easily, leaving my scalp feeling refreshed. When used with the conditioner, it gives my hair an amazing silky smooth texture.
ConsI have an oily scalp... extremely oily. At some point, people at work started telling me to wash my hair before coming in, just 3-4 hours after I'd arrive. My hair would get so greasy. I never thought the shampoo could be the cause, but it was. If you have oily hair, it's best to avoid this. Currently, I use a different shampoo for 4-5 days and this Hwahae shampoo for 1-2 days. I just can't give up how silky it makes my hair.

It's also a great value for money product!
ConsI've tried almost all of Kundal's shampoos, and while some I like, others not so much. This one should really just be called 'Acacia' shampoo. To be honest, the Moringa scent is completely overpowered by the Acacia - you can't smell it at all. It's just pure Acacia fragrance.
TipAfter working up a good lather, gently massage your scalp with your fingertips as if you're giving yourself a scalp massage. Wash thoroughly and then rinse well.

It's somewhat similar to the Dr. For Hair Folligen Shampoo. The ingredients are gentle, and the price is reasonable. At first, I thought, 'How can such a shampoo exist?' For a product that emphasizes natural ingredients, it lathers incredibly well. Unless you have extremely damaged hair, you might not even need conditioner - it leaves your hair feeling silky smooth.
ConsWhen rinsing, if you're not thorough while lathering, you might notice a slightly greasy feeling right after washing. You might think this is obvious, but I've never experienced this with other shampoos. Director Pi recommended it for oily scalps in her video, but I find it a bit too moisturizing. I love everything else about it, but it seems to make my scalp oily faster. The more I use it, the more I want to switch shampoos. (That's why I've left and come back to buy it three times now... all because of the scent!)
TipAmong Kundal shampoos, this one seems to have the strongest and longest-lasting scent! But it's not overwhelmingly strong. If you're considering buying a Kundal shampoo and are concerned about the fragrance, I highly recommend the Acacia Moringa version.

The lovely scent lingers even after rinsing. It lathers up quite well.
ConsAfter rinsing, there's a slightly soft feeling, almost as if it hasn't been fully washed out. As someone with a dry scalp, it was still okay and fairly usable. However, those with oily scalps complain that it doesn't cleanse thoroughly. I thought the increased hair loss was just my imagination, but after seeing other reviews mentioning hair loss, I'm now convinced it's real.

My hair is super light from two bleaches and one dye job. It's also incredibly thin - people say it looks like doll hair. This product doesn't add shine, but it makes my hair incredibly soft! I used to use Baron Moringa, and honestly, there wasn't much difference between that and this product... I think I'll go back to Baron.
ConsSigh... I don't usually write reviews, but I'm leaving this for anyone who might be like me. I'm generally sensitive to smells, especially when it comes to fragrances... This was a real mistake. I actually like the scent of moringa and have only been using Baron. I wanted to try something new, so after extensive research, I decided to buy this. It took me about 3 days just to choose the scent. I'm usually very particular about fragrances - I don't like overpowering scents, preferring subtle ones instead. However, I wanted something with good staying power. I chose the Acacia scent because it was described as strong with good longevity, and everyone was raving about it. The result? The Acacia scent is overwhelming! I can't even tell if there's any moringa scent at all. The Acacia just assaults your nose... It's not even a pleasant, natural Acacia blossom fragrance, but an artificial air freshener-like smell. How do I describe it? You know when you smell an air freshener and it stings your nose and gives you a headache? It's like that. I was miserable the entire time I was washing my hair. I even got a headache. I thought maybe it would dissipate after drying, but I ended up rewashing my hair. The scary thing is, even after washing, the scent doesn't go away... It's relentless. I really can't use this at all and want to throw it away... Oh, the regret!
TipThis is just my personal experience... but if you're sensitive to smells like me or have a keen sense of smell, the best tip is to just avoid buying this product.

As someone with damaged hair, I was amazed when I first used this shampoo and rinsed it out. My hair felt incredibly soft, just like after using a treatment. The lather is rich, and I love the texture. I was so impressed that I went on to purchase Kundal's body wash and hand wash too!
ConsWhile I have no complaints about the product itself, I do wish it came in a larger size.

However, after use and once your hair dries, the scent becomes truly delightful. I've only used common shampoos like Mise-en-Scène or Elastine before trying Kundal, and I realized that just shampooing can make your hair feel softer. It's honestly a game-changing shampoo. My previous shampoo even caused blemishes on my scalp, but I've settled on Kundal now, even with my bleached hair.
ConsThe scent is both a drawback and a benefit... The fragrance from the bottle itself is overwhelming, but once you use it, the scent becomes incredibly pleasant.
TipFor best results, after your second shampoo, don't rinse it out immediately. Instead, apply some treatment to your hair ends, leave it for 5 minutes, then wash it all out together. This leaves your hair feeling refreshed and can even help remove dead skin cells from your scalp.
