My hair is also damaged. I've been using this product for about a year now. First off, the scent is absolutely divine and it's perfect for my damaged hair. The fragrance is truly incredible. Everyone who comes over and washes their hair at my place comments on how amazing it smells. The scent also lasts quite a while. It lathers up beautifully, which feels so satisfying. It rinses out easily, leaving my scalp feeling refreshed. When used with the conditioner, it gives my hair an amazing silky smooth texture.
ConsI have an oily scalp... extremely oily. At some point, people at work started telling me to wash my hair before coming in, just 3-4 hours after I'd arrive. My hair would get so greasy. I never thought the shampoo could be the cause, but it was. If you have oily hair, it's best to avoid this. Currently, I use a different shampoo for 4-5 days and this Hwahae shampoo for 1-2 days. I just can't give up how silky it makes my hair.

It's also a great value for money product!
ConsI've tried almost all of Kundal's shampoos, and while some I like, others not so much. This one should really just be called 'Acacia' shampoo. To be honest, the Moringa scent is completely overpowered by the Acacia - you can't smell it at all. It's just pure Acacia fragrance.
TipAfter working up a good lather, gently massage your scalp with your fingertips as if you're giving yourself a scalp massage. Wash thoroughly and then rinse well.

My hair is super light from two bleaches and one dye job. It's also incredibly thin - people say it looks like doll hair. This product doesn't add shine, but it makes my hair incredibly soft! I used to use Baron Moringa, and honestly, there wasn't much difference between that and this product... I think I'll go back to Baron.
ConsSigh... I don't usually write reviews, but I'm leaving this for anyone who might be like me. I'm generally sensitive to smells, especially when it comes to fragrances... This was a real mistake. I actually like the scent of moringa and have only been using Baron. I wanted to try something new, so after extensive research, I decided to buy this. It took me about 3 days just to choose the scent. I'm usually very particular about fragrances - I don't like overpowering scents, preferring subtle ones instead. However, I wanted something with good staying power. I chose the Acacia scent because it was described as strong with good longevity, and everyone was raving about it. The result? The Acacia scent is overwhelming! I can't even tell if there's any moringa scent at all. The Acacia just assaults your nose... It's not even a pleasant, natural Acacia blossom fragrance, but an artificial air freshener-like smell. How do I describe it? You know when you smell an air freshener and it stings your nose and gives you a headache? It's like that. I was miserable the entire time I was washing my hair. I even got a headache. I thought maybe it would dissipate after drying, but I ended up rewashing my hair. The scary thing is, even after washing, the scent doesn't go away... It's relentless. I really can't use this at all and want to throw it away... Oh, the regret!
TipThis is just my personal experience... but if you're sensitive to smells like me or have a keen sense of smell, the best tip is to just avoid buying this product.

As someone with damaged hair, I was amazed when I first used this shampoo and rinsed it out. My hair felt incredibly soft, just like after using a treatment. The lather is rich, and I love the texture. I was so impressed that I went on to purchase Kundal's body wash and hand wash too!
ConsWhile I have no complaints about the product itself, I do wish it came in a larger size.

What I appreciate most is that it's effective in preventing hair damage from frequent perms and coloring, just as the product claims. After blow-drying, I notice my hair feels more moisturized and has a healthier shine than before. The fact that it uses green-grade ingredients is also appealing, making it a perfect bang for your buck.
ConsI understand there's been a recent price increase due to ingredient upgrades. As someone who's seeing results, I can appreciate the functional improvements. However, I'm concerned that if the price goes up any further, it might lose its image as a value-for-money item and simply become just another high-end product. As a consumer, I'm cautiously considering this possibility.
