  This is a 4-star review. At first, I really loved it. My hair is very thin and quite frizzy, but even just using the shampoo, it had a calming effect. And it feels like my hair texture gets smoothed out even without using a separate conditioner. The scent is nice, and the lather is rich, so a single pump is enough to cover my long hair. I was really pleased with it. But after using it for a while, I've started to notice some downsides. To start with the positives: 1. It does help calm my frizzy hair a bit. (With a 2-step treatment and 3-step essence, the effect is more noticeable. But my curly hair still gets frizzy if it gets even a little damp.) 2.
