The application on the back of my hand felt smooth and moisturizing, which I could clearly feel.
Cons
When I used it on my face, however, breakouts came up and I haven't been able to recover to my previous condition yet. I would not recommend this to those with clogged pores and whiteheads. My skin is really sensitive, so I agonized over it for about 2 weeks before purchasing, and now it's just sitting in my drawer...

My skin has been very dry, and out of the creams I've used so far, this one seems to maintain moisture the longest.
Cons
There's no reduction in blemishes. It seems to focus solely on hydration without addressing issues like sebum plugs or pore minimization.

Using this product, my pores have become even wider. For those with large pores, please take this into consideration. I used it for the purpose of barrier recovery, but I saw no effect at all. It made my skin turn red and caused a breakout of small bumps. Once I stopped using it, the issues went away.
Tip
There are only two things you need to focus on for barrier recovery: Minimizing irritation and maintaining a balanced moisture level. Use a gentle, low-irritation cleanser, and then apply a good quality moisturizer or lotion, along with some jojoba oil to regulate your moisture levels. For any heat or inflammation, modeling packs work better than sheet masks. And once your skin barrier is recovered, your pores can also improve to some degree.
