I used the pre-renewal version, and it's supposed to be lightweight because it's a gel cream? Can't really think of any other advantages... I think I'm getting blemishes on my cheeks. Stopped using it. It's a gel texture, but the hydration disappears quickly. Plus, while Isoi's cleanser, mist, and serum are fine, their creams don't seem to agree with my sensitive skin. I bought several creams from the same line because the serum worked well for me, but like this one, the other creams seem to cause small bumps when applied. I tried using it on my neck to not waste it, but even there, where I've never had issues before, a blemish appeared. Absolutely disappointing. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinApr 13, 2021
I liked how clean it felt when applying. I'm not sure if it's because I have sensitive skin, but I keep getting blemishes while using this. If it was just a few pimples when I first started using it, I could chalk it up to switching products. However, I've been using it for 3 months and they keep appearing. Those with super sensitive skin should think carefully before using this. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinAug 27, 2018
I truly feel that ISOI products have great ingredients. Even with my sensitive skin, I don't get any blemishes no matter what I use from this line. It's amazing! Above all, as a summer moisturizer, it seems perfect for extremely oily skin like mine. When you apply it, it absorbs completely with a nice, firm texture. I tried to list many advantages, haha! I clearly remember being very satisfied with this product two years ago... But after buying it again recently, I wonder if my skin has aged... It's so dry I can't use it, even in this summer heat! Most importantly, it definitely didn't pill before, but now... When I use only this line, everything starts to pill from the sunscreen onwards. If I use the Blibli Powdery Cover Cushion on top, after a few hours my oily skin feels incredibly tight - a strange symptom I've never experienced before. It's gentle and doesn't cause blemishes, but something feels off, haha! Even with a thorough skincare routine, this product always pills on me. If I use a tiny amount, it pills less but then it's too dry. I don't know how to use it properly... It used to work so well for me. I guess my skin has changed... I don't want to think the product's effectiveness has changed. - Hwahae UserOily SkinSensitive SkinMay 31, 2018
I used this with a toner from the same line. It seemed like my pores might have gotten smaller too! I'm not sure of the exact cause, but it might be due to the high content of extracts... My skin started feeling tingly and turned red after the second day of use. Those with super sensitive skin, please be careful! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAtopy SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinFeb 19, 2018
I loved the transparent container and color. It gave a refreshing feeling. Shortly after applying, I developed red blemishes. After treating them with ointment and waiting a few days for them to subside, I tried using just this cream again, and sure enough, my skin became irritated and blotchy once more. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinJan 4, 2018
As someone with combination dehydrated skin, I felt like this product really boosted my skin's hydration. I loved how it seemed to quench my skin's thirst, and it absorbed well too. Unfortunately, after using this product, I broke out in blemishes all over my face. While I do have super sensitive skin, I'm not sure why this happened. It's quite disappointing. I think this product could work wonders for those whose skin agrees with it. - Hwahae UserOily SkinSensitive SkinOct 30, 2017
I ordered this as it was recommended by Director Pai. Originally, my skin was extremely dry until the early to mid-20s, but in the mid to late 20s, my skin started to get a bit oily and my pores seemed to be widening, so I decided to purchase this. When I first started using it, I was excited with the expectation that this cream would suppress my oil and reduce my pores. I stopped using it after just 3 days. The initial application felt good, and there seemed to be a cooling sensation as well. The next day, my skin started becoming increasingly oily (to the point where I couldn't believe how much oil my skin was producing). So I applied more of the cream, thinking it would help control the oil. On the third day, my entire face became reddened and itchy, and my nose, cheek areas, and forehead had a deeper, more concentrated redness with acne starting to appear. So as I was applying the cream on the third morning, I started wondering what was wrong, and the only change I had made was switching to this product from Isoi. I stopped using it. I'm currently in the recovery process. After stopping the use, the explosive oil production has decreased a bit. But even before, I wasn't completely oil-free, and it seems like the oil production is even higher than before after stopping this product. I'm now applying a gentle, thin moisturizer. I'm not sure what the problem was, but since my skin is sensitive and reactive, I thought this product with good ingredients would work well for me. Was it the oil components that were the issue? Ugh, I'm so frustrated. Just because something has a fancy ingredient list doesn't mean it's all good, right? Someone, please take that new-looking but already damaged Isoi jar from my vanity, will you? Haha. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinOct 10, 2017
The only thing I know is the rose serum, which just feels moisturizing. It's expensive, so it would be better if they either lowered the price or increased the volume instead of having sales. After applying, it feels itchy. I thought it would be good for my acne-prone oily skin, but it seems like there's some ingredient that doesn't agree with me. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinNov 18, 2016
The fragrance was nice, but... the other aspects were not great, so it's really frustrating. After using it for a week, I got a huge breakout of milia;;;; I specifically switched to this because I'm pregnant, but I really regret it now ㅜㅜ It claims to be a moisturizing cream for oily skin, but it has oil ingredients that seem to be clogging my pores even more. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinNov 9, 2016
Before going to bed, I applied several creams together, so my face didn't feel dry in the morning. In the morning, my face wasn't oily and felt soft and smooth. I thought using this product alone would make my skin dry, so I applied other creams as well, but my skin still felt very tight and dry. When I used this cream along with the other creams I normally use, they suddenly lost their effectiveness, and my skin became dry. My skin also became red in some areas. In my experience, this cream has good oil-controlling properties, but it seems to absorb the moisture from my skin so much that my skin couldn't retain the moisture, leading to dryness. It might be good for people with very oily skin. I tried it for 3 days, but I want to give up on it now.
