The coverage is really impressive, it seems to conceal most imperfections well
    Cons
It feels quite drying and doesn't seem to apply smoothly in thin layers

    Pros
I snagged this foundation during a surprise sale at Moo*in for just 3,000 won - what a steal! As someone with thick, dry skin prone to dead skin cells but also oily, I've always struggled with base makeup. Thick layers would crack and crumble, often making bare skin look better. I had settled on mixing Laneige Capsule Foundation with a hydrating primer, applying with a spatula for better adherence. But this budget buy pleasantly surprised me! 1. Coverage (Laneige < Ingá): While I prefer skin-like finish over heavy coverage, this outperforms Laneige. It might not satisfy full-coverage lovers though. 2. Longevity (Laneige = Ingá): Both resist darkening well, but I prefer a natural base, so take that into account. 3. Mask transfer (Laneige > Ingá): Laneige transfers less, likely due to its unique formula. Ingá does transfer, but not excessively. Pro tip: Apply with a spatula and brush for better adherence, then pat with a fixer-soaked puff for a transfer-resistant finish. 4. Skin finish and wear (Laneige =< Ingá): Despite being marketed as matte, it gives a subtle glow that's stunning. It creases less on my flaky skin and wears beautifully throughout the day. The glow that develops as it wears is gorgeous. While Laneige was my go-to for minimal breakdown, this offers better coverage with an even prettier wear. It's leagues ahead of Hera Black Cushion, which wore terribly on me. 5. Ingredients (Laneige >= Ingá): Apart from one pore-clogging ingredient, I love the formulation. No blemishes, and it's fragrance-free - big plus! I've only tested it in winter, but I imagine Laneige would be perfect for light summer wear, while Ingá shines for winter when you want more coverage. After countless foundation fails, I thought I'd have to settle for Laneige forever. Finding a new perfect match is thrilling! Unlike Laneige's unique texture that required mixing with primer, this works wonderfully on its own. It's a game-changer for travel too - one product does it all!
    Cons
No complaints so far! Keep in mind, my standards for foundation don't include achieving a flawless egg-shell finish - that's impossible for my skin type. Your experience may vary if you have different expectations.
    Tip
A spatula seems essential for application. I bought slightly lighter and darker shades too - they're still on sale! Great for mixing or creating dimension. The wide shade range is a definite plus.
