Perfect for dry skin in winter! I found it really helpful when applied frequently to areas prone to dead skin cells. The subtle fragrance is also a plus. I didn't find anything particularly disappointing. It worked well for me overall. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinApr 17, 2020
With the changing seasons, my skin was so dry and I was getting blemishes, so I pulled out this oil and mixed it with my serum. The deep dryness decreased and the irritation around my mouth disappeared. It's perfect for seasonal transitions! Even when used with a serum, the amount is too small. Is this only meant to last two weeks? Apply it together with your serum, then add another layer of oil at the end for extra hydration - Hwahae UserOily SkinSensitive SkinJan 6, 2019
I bought this during the Isoi website event for the Waterful Ampoule + Waterful Oil combo. My skin was extremely dehydrated, feeling dry even after applying toner and essence. Mixing the ampoule and oil in a 2:1 ratio and applying it really helped alleviate my deep dryness. Even when using the oil alone, it absorbs well without feeling greasy, making it great as a face oil. I feel I got a good deal buying it during the event. As expected from Isoi, the ingredients are good, but I probably won't repurchase. Next time, I plan to try their firming line oil. It's not particularly outstanding or terrible - just an average face oil, I'd say. While it's affordable during the event, the regular price seems quite steep for the amount you get. As someone who follows a daily mask routine, after using a nourishing mask (like a cream mask), instead of finishing with a cream, I prefer to use 1-2 drops of this oil on my palms as a final protective layer. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinDec 16, 2018
It feels like the dryness just disappears when I apply it. My skin also feels more comfortable after using it. The scent is too strong and overwhelming. It's fine after applying, but it's a bit unpleasant during application. It's a bit pricey considering the amount, but since I don't use much per application, it's still manageable. Buy it when it's on sale! I purchased the ampoule and oil set when they were discounted. - Hwahae UserDry SkinOct 31, 2018
I've mainly been using rosehip oil until now, but I'm switching to this product for good! The hydration is top-notch, and I'm seeing results that improve my complexion so much that I'm confident going bare-faced. There's nothing bad to say! I love everything about it, truly. I adore Isoi! - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinMar 21, 2018
As someone with combination dehydrated skin, I bought this to use during dry spells. I've been mixing it with my toner after using an exfoliating toner, or blending it with my serum. Usually, even when I apply a hydrating cream, my skin still produces oil while remaining dry. However, this product worked quite well for me. It reduced dryness without increasing oiliness much. Since using this, I've managed well even in winter without a moisturizer. I've been using one bottle for a long time. Like most oils, it's not great to use on its own. The rubber part of the dropper in the cap seems to loosen with use, causing small oil leaks. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinOct 28, 2017
Since my skin is extremely dry and it's been windy and cold lately, my skin has become completely dehydrated. But when I apply this before putting on cream, my skin becomes so plump and supple. After using this, the Estée Lauder Double Wear foundation doesn't cling to any dry patches at all! There wasn't really anything disappointing, but it's a shame that I have to write more than 20 characters. I bought the Aesop ampoule set, so I mix and use it together. It works really well. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAcne SkinSep 1, 2017
🍃First of all, the oil didn't have any artificial fragrance, so I felt I could use it with confidence. The subtle rose scent also allowed me to experience a bit of the aromatherapy effect. 🍃It's not a heavy oil, so a small amount spreads thinly. After cleansing, if you apply it while your skin is still slightly damp, it forms a thin layer on top of the moisture, so you don't feel any tightness even with just the oil. 🍃What surprised me a bit while using it was that when I gently tapped a small amount on the 'star zones' like the forehead, eye area, and lip area, I could see the tightening effect after a few minutes, which was quite impressive. 🍃As expected... Isoi has a natural origin and no preservatives, so it has to be used within 6 months after opening, which means the quantity is a bit less and the price is quite high. But it's worth the price, and I'm always happy with it! 🍃After cleansing, rinse with cool water and just lightly pat dry. Then, apply just one drop at a time by gently tapping it onto each area. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinJun 1, 2017
My skin was extremely dry, but after using this product, my moisture and oil balance has improved, and I'm using it very well. The reason I disliked oil-based formulas was that they felt sticky and stuffy, and caused a lot of breakouts, but there's none of that with this product. It absorbs well, and I'm using it with confidence because the ingredients are good. I used it daily, but lately I only use it when my skin gets dry or tight, so the amount lasts a long time. The scent is also nice and pleasant. Aside from the small amount, I haven't found any other downsides yet. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinDec 18, 2016
It's not sticky and doesn't cause any trouble! Even if my skin is extremely dry, some oils would cause breakouts and be irritating, so I couldn't use the ones I bought. But this is not the case at all! And my skin stays moisturized for a long time, which is great. In the past, when my skin was dry, I would slather on thick creams and lotions, but then I would often get breakouts. But now, I just apply an appropriate amount of essence, and then a few drops of this oil, and my skin stays moisturized all day!! I think I finally understand why people use face oils. The price... And the dropper seems to leak (?) a lot, so the oil keeps spilling out. That's really disappointing! Each drop is worth a pretty penny, so it's such a waste. If your skin is moderately dry, not extremely dry, in the winter, I think just using a skin, a lightly moisturizing lotion/essence, and then the oil would be enough. If it's not enough, you can also apply a cream before the oil step every other day!
