The fragrance is really unpleasant, and although I have sensitive skin, I only used a sample, yet my skin is in total chaos. I guess it just doesn't suit my skin type.

I'm sorry, but I don't have any positive comments. The ingredients are gentle and everything seems good, but I wonder why my skin is reacting so badly...

I find that removing makeup with the oil and then wiping with a cotton pad soaked in warm water works perfectly for me.

The main drawback is the price. Isoi products are generally on the expensive side, so I recommend buying them when there are coupons or discounts available. I gifted this to my mother, but she prefers the Ini*** oil, comparing the two. It's a shame since the Isoi product is more expensive.

As someone with super sensitive skin, I never imagined I could remove makeup with oil. But now I've used about 5 bottles! I highly recommend it for dry skin. The ingredients are excellent too, which is the icing on the cake.

If you massage it onto bare skin and then rinse with water, it seems to have a massaging effect and also helps combat deep dryness.

I don't have any negatives to report! The cleansing might be a bit mild for some, but I don't consider this a drawback because it means there's no irritation and my face feels comfortable. I think even people with super sensitive skin can use this.

As someone with extremely sensitive skin, I usually experience redness and blemishes when using cleansing oils. However, when I reluctantly tried the Intensive Cleansing Oil sample after running out of my usual cleansing emulsion, I was amazed! It suited my skin perfectly. My skin, which was always dry and felt like it might crack, no longer had deep dryness and the dryness disappeared after cleansing with this product! My skin felt truly comfortable and great. While its cleansing effectiveness isn't particularly strong, I loved that it caused no irritation. Even when some oil remained on my face, I experienced no irritation! There were times when I was too lazy and just roughly massaged with the oil, wiped it off with a cotton pad, and fell asleep without washing my face, but my skin still felt really comfortable!

The downside is the small size and high price... If only it were a bit more affordable. You really need to wait for a sale to buy it.

I generally enjoy using this as a substitute for Shu Uemura. It's reassuring that it's made in Korea with better ingredients.

ISOI's skincare line is their best offering.

It's sticky. Even when emulsifying with water, it still leaves a sticky feeling on the face... It feels like an oil cleanser that fails to do its basic job.

Nothing positive to say. I've been using ISOI's skincare line for a long time and thought I'd try their cleansing product... Oh my... It's the worst among all ISOI products.

The price. While it's a good product, the value for money is a bit disappointing. It's hard to make it my first choice. I tend to buy it only when there's a good deal, rather than as a regular purchase.

The scent isn't overpowering, and it emulsifies well. The cleansing effectiveness is satisfactory, especially since I don't wear heavy makeup. What I appreciate most is that unlike other cleansing oils that sometimes cause minor blemishes, this one doesn't give me any skin issues.

There's not much I'm unhappy with about the product, but the price seems a bit evil compared to the amount you get ㅜㅜ

It was so nice and gentle, and it cleaned off my mascara and lipstick so thoroughly that I always end up using just this!


This product really shines when used on bare skin. It is great to use when my skin feels very oily and greasy, or when I have a lot of blackheads/whiteheads. For makeup removal, the Chino Sio Ya Pore Cleansing Oil (blue) seems to work better. However, the Chino Sio Ya leaves my skin feeling a bit tighter, and any residue can cause bumps. Among the options, Isoiy and Chino Sio Ya have worked the best for my acne-prone skin.

While this is a cleansing oil, I feel that base makeup does not get removed completely. Even though I feel like I've cleansed it all off, there is still a greasy residue left behind. The experience of using this cleansing oil on bare skin versus when I have makeup on is quite different. However, it does manage to remove everything, and I don't get any breakouts afterwards.

Although my skin only needs oil, this cleansing oil has helped me not worry about my skin for the first time. It is great to use when my skin feels very oily and greasy, or when I have a lot of blackheads/whiteheads, even without makeup. It is gentle and refreshing, and does not leave my skin feeling tight.

The usage feel is a bit heavy, and the price is a bit high compared to the quantity, so it's burdensome to use it daily. ㅠㅠ

It doesn't seem to deeply cleanse in a squeaky-clean way. It does remove heavy eye makeup, but when I massage my skin, I don't get that emulsifying feeling, so I'm not sure if it's fully removing everything. That's why I think double cleansing is necessary.

I used to feel stinging when cleansing my eye makeup with cleansing oil, but this product is not irritating at all and actually leaves my eyes feeling refreshed. After cleansing, my skin feels moisturized without any tightness.
