Pros
The creamy texture glides on like well-melted Nutella spread on bread. My 20-month-old baby is using it. The doctor recommended that I use a moisturizing lotion because my baby's skin is sensitive and if the scratched areas are scratched again, it could develop into atopic dermatitis. I've been using it for about 3 months now. The white, circular lesions that looked like eczema have significantly decreased in appearance. When it gets too severe, I use it along with applying Lidoderm once in a while, and I'm satisfied with the results.
Cons
As a mother with oily skin type, I once applied it to my baby's face. But it caused acne.
Tip
I apply it right after showering, while the skin is still damp. They say it's better to apply it before the moisture dries, for better hydration.

Pros
I've been using both the lotion and cream for over a year, and they have great moisturizing power. In the winter, I used to have a lot of flaky skin, but using these products prevents that. I also mix the foundation with them and apply it. Since it's a German brand, I thought the ingredients would be good, but I downloaded an app to check and found that there are some harmful components... I've been using it happily, but now I'm wondering if I should switch to something else...ㅠ

It seems to be less itchy~~ I have eczema and atopic dermatitis, and I bought it at a Costco event because it was recommended as a good moisturizer~~

I applied it to my baby's stretch marks and it cleared up completely the next day. The Atopalm cream didn't work, but this one keeps the skin moisturized well. The scent is also nice.
Cons
However! The ingredients are not very good..ㅠ I used it because it was recommended at the baby goods store, but when I checked the ingredients, I couldn't believe it... My baby didn't have any special allergic reactions, but I think it's not good to use it long-term.. ㅠㅠ
