Since I'm pregnant, I've been looking for gentle products and I'm using this one. I like that I can apply it all over my face and body at once. It's not too sticky and provides just the right amount of moisture, so it's easy to use conveniently.

Pros
I've been using this lotion since I was young! It's colorless, odorless, and not sticky or drying at all!! It's also not too expensive, comes in a large size, and a small amount goes a long way. In the winter, I like to use it together with Cetaphil cream for even better results!
Cons
It seems a bit oily for summer use, and I think I'd need to use a cream with it in the winter.

It's great for combination skin. The moisture lasts longer than other products and there's no stickiness, so I've been using this one exclusively.

This is similar to a typical lotion. Even when applying a large amount at once, it doesn't feel heavy or sticky. Both my 5-month-old baby and my 42-year-old husband use it together.

I have atopic dermatitis and dry skin, so moisturization is the most important factor for my skin type. Among the fragrance-free products, I started using Cetaphil, and while it has no scent, it's not bad and was less sticky than I expected, which I liked. I live in the US, and the hard water caused my atopic dermatitis, but using Cetaphil as a toner to wipe away the remaining lime scale and applying it all over my face and body helped calm my atopic dermatitis! The ingredients are good, and it's not too expensive, so I can apply a lot, which is great.

I usually didn't apply body lotion because I disliked how it would rub off on my clothes. But as my skin became increasingly dry, I decided to try it again based on a friend's recommendation. Unlike other body lotions, this one doesn't leave a sticky residue after application, and I can comfortably wear clothes on top. The moisturizing power is incredible!!! I highly recommend the Cetaphil brand to everyone!
