It has a nice glide and the lukewarm water rinse is so pleasing!! There's hardly any clumping and I really like it~! I've been using it for almost a year haha
Cons
But the curling is a bit disappointing. I'm not sure if it's just me, but the hold doesn't last very long

I've been repurchasing this product for the fourth time! I prefer volume over length, so I use it as a volumizing mascara. It's great that it washes off easily with just water without needing an eye makeup remover, and the application is smooth.
Cons
In my opinion, there are hardly any issues with this product. Recently, I noticed that the curl would sometimes fall out after using the eyelash curler and mascara, but ever since I got a lash perm, everything has been working great!
