This is my honest review of Atopalm Panthenol Cream after using it for over a week. My child's skin tends to crack easily during seasonal changes, and when they're not feeling well, their skin becomes red and irritated. Regular moisturizers only provide temporary relief, and I'm hesitant to frequently use prescribed ointments due to their steroid content. The addition of panthenol in this cream is excellent for hydration and soothing. Most notably, I've observed a significant reduction in my child's nighttime scratching. While panthenol ointments can feel thick and sit on top of the skin, the Atopalm Panthenol Cream has a rich texture but absorbs well. You can really feel the moisture penetrating the skin. Best of all, it's gentle and free from harmful ingredients, allowing for multiple applications throughout the day without causing irritation. I've also been using it as the final step in my nighttime skincare routine, applying a thin layer before bed. I wake up without any tightness, and even after my morning cleanse, my skin doesn't feel dry at all. I'm very satisfied with the results.

I used up the sample generously and had to purchase more, but it's not exactly budget-friendly. However, when compared to other panthenol-infused ointments and creams on the market, it's reasonably priced.

If you apply a thin layer of this cream after using an ampoule or concentrated essence before bed, it feels like it locks in the ingredients, keeping your skin plump and nourished.
