While a deep treatment would be ideal, when you're really short on time, just spraying this on before drying your hair makes it incredibly manageable. I absolutely can't recommend it enough!

I've finished one bottle and bought a new one - I'm very satisfied. It's great for taming frizzy hair without making it sticky. I especially recommend this for people with curly hair that's hard to manage.
ConsHowever, the scent might be a bit divisive. Even though I've used up a whole bottle and bought a new one, the fragrance isn't particularly pleasant. It has that distinctive salon smell. I wish it had a more refreshing scent.
