It has an organic composition and a pleasant, subtle fragrance that I enjoy when applying it. Some heavier and slower-absorbing products I tend to mix with a cream and use as a final step, but this one can be used on its own or after a cream, as it provides long-lasting moisture. The orange-colored oil absorbs well into the face.
ConsAside from the price, there are no other downsides to this oil. I tend to use oils even when it's not winter, except for the hottest summer days. As I have very dry skin, oils are essential for me.
TipEven after applying multiple layers of cream and sleeping, my skin would still feel dry and tight upon waking up. With my skin barrier compromised and the cold weather, my skin would become damaged from the heater once I got home. That's why I often spritz this homemade oil mist, which absorbs well. I mix about 3 drops of this oil into the mist and apply it after my cream, massaging it in. There's a noticeable difference in how my skin feels with and without using this. I highly recommend it for those with severe dehydration.
