Wow, I used this in the shower without much expectation, but it left my skin feeling so hydrated! At first, I thought it might be slippery, but after rinsing, I noticed how moisturized my skin felt. Usually, I find that most shower gels for kids are pretty much the same, but this one works great as both shampoo and body wash. It has a perfect scent that's not too strong or too weak. The best part is that it's so gentle, you don't need conditioner or lotion afterwards. I'm really, really satisfied with it. My youngest is in second grade now, so I was considering switching to adult products. But this cleanser even helps control head sweat odor, so I think we'll be sticking with it for a while. It's also very convenient to use - just one pump creates plenty of lather!

Sometimes when my child tries to use it alone, the pump gets stuck in the locked position, which can be frustrating for them. The pump action is a bit short, so when my child uses it independently, they end up pressing it multiple times. I wonder if the top part that you press could be redesigned somehow.
