ConsAlthough I have sensitive skin, I've never had major issues with cosmetics before. On the first day of use, it felt a bit burning, but after just two days of use, my entire face and neck broke out. As some others have mentioned in their reviews here, it caused rash-like bumps on my neck, and my whole face reacted similarly. My earlobes and eyelids swelled up red and puffy, like a boxer who'd taken a beating. Sigh... I bought this thinking an aloe toner would be gentle, but oh no. Please, everyone, don't use this product! (Updating my review: it took over ten days for this reaction to subside. I was so frustrated that I didn't even bother returning it - it went straight to the trash.)

ConsI trusted wholeheartedly that this product had no harmful ingredients for sensitive skin and used it for about 3-4 days. On first use, my face had a burning sensation, and where the toner dripped onto my neck, it started to itch (I mistook it for heat rash at first). Having super sensitive skin, I thought my skin would adapt after a couple more uses, reminding myself there were no harmful ingredients. But about 3 days into use, my entire face broke out in blemishes as if sand particles were stuck to it. I immediately stopped using it and after two days of applying an emulsion prescribed by my dermatologist before, my skin is starting to calm down. I called the store, and they said I could exchange it for a different product. I'm at a loss as to what products I should use for sensitive skin...

When applied, it gives a cool sensation that people with oily skin would likely appreciate.
ConsAfter the first use, I felt a stinging sensation and a slight coolness that disappeared. Shortly after, I experienced mild itching along my jawline and facial contours. Woke up with a large blemish, which I initially attributed to my upcoming menstrual cycle. My forehead and cheeks began to feel intensely itchy and stinging in certain areas. Upon touching my face, I noticed the overall skin texture had become rough. I skipped a day and used it for the second and final time at night, which seemed fine initially. However, when I lay down to sleep, the itching and stinging sensations returned. I barely managed to fall asleep but kept touching my face, eventually waking up. Various areas were red, and small whiteheads appeared on my forehead, cheeks, and chin. The irritation was extreme - intense itching, stinging, burning pain, and a feeling of heat. This was the worst reaction I've ever experienced, leaving me sleepless. I called the customer service of the online marketplace where I bought it in the early hours, but being a weekend, I couldn't expect any feedback until Monday. As the irritation intensified, I washed my face, which reduced the severity from about 5 to 1. I regret purchasing this product. The ingredients don't seem particularly irritating, yet this toner completely disrupted my skin, which had been comfortable using horse oil cream. Now, after sleeping, the areas with blemishes are still active, while the general redness is subsiding.
Tip** Tuesday, November 10th The blemishes didn't develop into severe acne, progressing mildly. I extracted them gently using an extractor and cotton swabs as they came to a head. However, I noticed some small bumps on my cheeks. Without visiting a dermatologist and just using my regular skincare products, my skin is improving. I've decided to return this product for a refund.
