  It seems to be great for those with a feeling of heat and flushing on the face, as it's refreshing!!! I also applied it to my cheeks instead of just the eye area, and it seems to be calming.

  Cons

  When applied around the eyes, it makes my eyes too cold and stinging. The absorption doesn't seem to be that great... If it wasn't on sale, I wouldn't have purchased it.
