👍🏻Cooling Effect
The cooling effect is the same from start to finish, which I really like! When I apply it to my angry, red acne, it instantly cools down and stays refreshing until the product dries. This is probably why I went through two bottles of it.
The calming effect isn't huge, but the cooling effect is...

I've used tea tree oil in the past, and I don't remember seeing much effect back then either.
But I decided to give this a try anyway, and as expected... no dramatic results.
However, for the really angry, inflamed acne that's about to burst, it does have a slight calming effect!
Not sure if it's from the cooling sensation or the actual ingredients, but it does seem to reduce the time it takes for those fully matured blemishes to calm down.😯

It's super lightweight and thin, making it great for carrying around.
But that also means it's easy to misplace at home, haha.

The volume is a bit small considering the price. I also wish the acne-soothing effects were a bit more immediate.

Applying it to areas with acne can have a calming effect. With consistent use, even minor acne seems to subside.

The compact and lightweight packaging makes it easy to carry, and the tip attached to the cap allows for direct application, making it very convenient.

I'm not sure if it has a significant calming effect on trouble skin.
It does seem to provide some temporary soothing, but...

The pen-type format is convenient as it's easy to carry around and you can apply it directly without needing cotton swabs or pads. I really like that aspect.

The only downside is that the amount is small? Other than that, there's nothing particularly bad about it..

Skin type: Dry, rarely get acne. 
Occasionally get something like pimples, but when I apply it and wake up the next day, they're completely gone, which is great. It also relieves itchiness, and I've been using it well.

I keep one on my vanity and one in my pouch
So I can use it right away whenever I need to!

The volume is a bit small, so I always have to buy more, which is a bit disappointing
I know a smaller volume is better for hygiene, but... 
And when there's a little left at the bottom, the tip doesn't reach all the way down, so I can't use up every last bit, which feels a bit wasteful.

It seems like convenience is the most important thing to me
It's easy to carry around and apply to my face, which I really like! With tea tree oil, you have to carry around a cotton swab and apply it on top of your makeup, but then it wipes off. With the gel, you just lightly dab it on and your makeup stays on better! And with the oil, if you apply too much, it can drip down, and it's hard to just apply it to the specific areas you want. But with the gel type, you can apply a generous amount and it stays put, so you can target the specific areas you want.
