Cons- Moisturizing effect differs from other lip balms - Slightly thick consistency As mentioned in the positives, it feels more oily than moisturizing. It gives more of a 'not dry' feeling rather than being truly hydrating, and has a somewhat thick texture.
TipIt's a bit of a hassle, but if you mix a small amount of this lip balm with another lip balm, melt it with a hair dryer, and let it solidify, you'll get a moisturizing lip balm with some color payoff, though the color will be less intense. You might be better off using a tinted lip balm instead.

It's also great as a lip balm.
ConsIf your lips are very dry, it might feel a bit stiff when applying.

The product description claims that continuous use softens and removes dead skin cells, which I was skeptical about at first. However, I'm pleasantly surprised to see it actually works! The effect seems quite noticeable, probably because my lips were in such bad shape before. Anyway, I'm satisfied with how it provides a subtle tint while looking natural, as if it's my own lip color.
ConsIt doesn't glide on as smoothly as Vaseline or purely moisturizing lip balms. There's a slightly stiff feeling when applying. However, it's fascinating how the dead skin cells seem to disappear mysteriously.

I mean... you can see the tint, I guess. Please make sure to check out the downsides I've mentioned, everyone.
ConsIt's incredibly dry and stiff. If I wanted something matte, I'd just use a matte lipstick... A lip balm should have moisturizing properties, right? This feels like a crayon. It even smells like one. Hydration? Forget about it. The product ads claim it removes dead skin cells on lips and improves your complexion, but I didn't see any of those effects. I bought three shades (Athena, Aura, Hera), and they're all equally dry and crayon-like. I'm planning to leave the same review for all of them. I purchased these with my own money from the official Nakeup Face website.
TipEven though it's supposed to be a lip balm, you need to apply a different lip balm underneath this one (Nakeup Face) to make it somewhat wearable. If I have to use two products, I might as well just use a lipstick and be done with it.

Major disappointment! The color, scent, and moisturizing effect were all underwhelming. I don't see any reason to repurchase it. I'm really puzzled by all the positive reviews!
Cons1. Scent The scent is truly awful. It has a strange odor... like a mix of expired lipstick and rubber. A bizarre smell. If you're sensitive to scents, I strongly advise against this. 2. Texture I prefer lip balms that aren't greasy (like Carmex) but still provide good hydration even if you can feel them on your lips. However, this one applies terribly. It's a bit stiff and barely moisturizing. On the plus side, it does have a light texture that doesn't feel bothersome on the lips. 3. Color This will likely be hit or miss depending on your natural lip color. It looked really unattractive on my lips. It made them look dull and somewhat lifeless. I'd rather just use a regular lip balm with lipstick on top.
TipDon't buy it!

It matches my complexion well and looks natural. I switched from Isoi lip balm because of the color, and this one's shade is absolutely gorgeous. It also has great staying power.
ConsIt feels a bit dry when applying, so you end up reapplying multiple times. This can lead to dead skin cells and color clumping together. Compared to Isoi: Isoi applies smoothly and feels moisturizing with just one application, while this product feels less hydrating even after multiple applications.
TipI use it to naturally enhance my lips when I'm not wearing makeup. I then layer a lip oil on top.

ConsDrawback 1. Spreadability, stickiness It's a lip balm, but it feels a bit stiff, and it's sticky after application. My upper and lower lips stick together whenever I move my lips. I really dislike this feeling, so I apply a clear moisturizing lip balm on top of this one. Drawback 2. Dryness It's a lip balm, but I didn't have high expectations for the color payoff - I was hoping for more moisture. As described, when I only used this, my lips became dry, the skin became thinner, and I developed sensitivity and wrinkles. As you can see in the photo, the lip color also faded, making my lips look like a corpse's. So after just 3 days, I went back to using my regular moisturizing lip balm. I'm currently using this as a substitute for lipstick. The color payoff is good when first applied, but the longevity is just like a tinted lip balm, so I probably won't repurchase this once I finish what I have. As you can see from my other reviews, I didn't use products with tar-based dyes even before using this. Drawback 3. Color The color payoff is good when first applied, but the longevity is poor. It's described as a red-orange, but the orange is nowhere to be seen - it's just red. Over time, it even turns more pink.
TipIt doesn't really improve the condition of the lips. It's just a level of a tinted lip balm without tar-based dyes. If you're looking for actual lip care, I'd recommend trying a different product.

(Compared to not applying it, it does give the face a healthier glow. When I need to go out quickly without makeup, I can just quickly swipe this on a few times instead of a regular lip balm, which is convenient.) - It's great that I can reapply it frequently. While lipstick tends to come off easily, this can be conveniently reapplied as needed.
Cons- It's not as moisturizing as the advertisements claim. When I first applied it, I thought it felt a bit sticky and dry, almost like it wasn't moisturizing enough. I still use a separate regular (uncolored) lip balm for additional moisture. - Multiple layers are needed to get the color payoff. It's not like a lipstick. (But it's good for a light makeup look or frequent, easy application)

And when cosmetic products contain harmful ingredients, they often add fragrance, but in the case of lip products, the fragrance can be bothersome all day long. This product is almost fragrance-free, so I don't have to worry about it, and the color deepens a bit over time. The top photo in the attached image was taken 20 seconds after applying, and the bottom one was taken 10 minutes after applying.
ConsThe application is a bit thick and sticky... When drinking coffee, it sticks to the straw... Other than that, it's fine.
