There wasn't anything particularly disappointing. When used as a mask, the amount can be a bit lacking, so it would be nice if they offered a larger size.

When you have a lot of blemishes, it's really great to use this as a mask by soaking a cotton pad. It really calms the blemishes and reduces the heat in your face. If green tea ingredients work well for you, I highly recommend this!

The soothing effect doesn't seem that great. Since the toner is brown, it leaves a brown tint on your face.

It's not sticky and feels refreshing. Plus, it's hydrating enough to keep your skin from feeling dry.

No matter how much I soaked the cotton pad, it was too harsh to use as an exfoliating toner. After trying a few times, I thought I'd use it as a hydrating product instead. But whether it was because of the color or just my imagination, I felt like it made my complexion look dull. In the end, it ended up in the back of my drawer...

The scent was reminiscent of tea, which wasn't unpleasant. As for other positive aspects... honestly, I'm not quite sure.

I think this product works best when used with a thin, sheet-like cotton pad rather than a regular cotton ball.
After gently wiping with the cleansing water, lightly patting on some powder with the cotton pad helps with better absorption and overall performance.

I thought a pump-style packaging would be better.
The current bottle is like a water bottle where you have to dispense it, but the brown dried residue left on the cap is something I have to wipe off frequently. A pump mechanism might help resolve this issue.
While I personally don't have issues with the scent, the family members I shared it with found the fragrance unpleasant, so that's something to keep in mind.
