I tried it out after using it in a dermatological procedure It's gentle, and they said it blocks both UV and blue light I waited over a week for the overseas delivery, but it was worth it It's really gentle and blocks well... I'm an office worker who's on the computer all day, and the blue light blocking feature seems to help - I feel less fatigued from the indoor lighting and computer screen?
