While it doesn't make my hair as soft as using a conditioner, I don't use a rinse when I'm in a hurry. That's also economical haha. I've used more than a bottle, and my hair doesn't fall out as much as it used to, but it's not a dramatic difference either. I haven't seen the effects yet, but my husband and mom say it's good.
