The price-to-volume ratio is disappointing.
I use this product daily, so I wish the volume was a bit larger.

My hair was too stiff, so I started using it based on a friend's recommendation.
It's definitely soft, and sometimes I don't even need to use a conditioner.
I like the cooling sensation.

A little goes a long way, so it's economical as you can wash your hair with just a small amount since the lather is incredibly abundant.
While it doesn't make my hair as soft as using a conditioner, I don't use a rinse when I'm in a hurry. That's also economical haha.
I've used more than a bottle, and my hair doesn't fall out as much as it used to, but it's not a dramatic difference either.
I haven't seen the effects yet, but my husband and mom say it's good.
