Unlike other horse oil creams, this one comes in a tube, making it more convenient to use. It seems more like an ointment than a cream, and if you apply too much, it can cause a whitish cast, but once you get used to it, the whitish cast doesn't happen!! Using it didn't magically make my acne scars disappear, but I did feel that my skin tone brightened up a bit. Scent👃: Since it's fragrance-free, it was better for me, as I'm sensitive to smells.
