You have to use a lot of it to get the maximum effect.

It really doesn't come off. I have to do it twice to barely get it off, and the makeup gets stuck in the crevices around my nose and it just won't come off, so I have to scrub hard to remove it, and the cleansing function is weak.

It really doesn't work for cleansing. I used it because I received it as a gift, but there are residues left and it doesn't remove makeup properly.

 Yes, everyone knows that when doing the primary cleansing, it's essential to roll the product and emulsify it thoroughly with lukewarm water. 😊 Gently emulsifying it by massaging, then cleansing and doing the secondary cleansing lightly, and you're all done.

 This product seems to have no downsides. I think the price point is reasonable, and I was extremely satisfied in various aspects.

If I had to pick one thing, it would be that the tint didn't come off completely... but that's being nitpicky haha. If you have any recommendations for a product that can remove tints as well, please let me know.

 The staining tint that I thought would remain did in fact remain. Tints are something everyone has probably used, but because they stain the skin, it's actually difficult to completely cleanse them off with any cleansing product. But even so, this cleansing milk can be considered remarkably effective in its cleansing power.

Five stars. Cleansing milks are not really products that I expect exceptional cleansing power from (by my standards). On days when I only had a light base of sunscreen and eyebrow makeup, I used other brand products. But on days when my makeup was like this, I would remove the makeup with a lip and eye remover first, then finish with a cleansing oil and foaming cleanser in a 3-step routine. Yet this product, despite being a cleansing milk, matches the cleansing power of an oil. And there was no irritation. I'm now even more curious about the Caudalie cleansing oil. I don't want to belabor the cleansing power any further, but in terms of packaging convenience, fragrance, and skin irritation, this product has not let me down in the slightest as someone who is very particular. I was introduced to Caudalie as a trial reviewer, but I think I'll have to purchase more, as the price point is also reasonable. It seems like a great product to try out or give as a gift.
