For dry skin, it's a hydration powerhouse. That's why I highly recommend it for your evening skincare routine. When spring and summer roll around and it gets a bit warmer, if you apply this in the morning and then do a semi-matte makeup look, you might notice a slight... oily buildup? A kind of dewy effect appears. Switching to a different toner made this issue disappear completely. It's not too watery and has a slight tackiness. It absorbs well, and despite the initial stickiness, it doesn't remain that way for long. It feels light and refreshing. I bought it to use before applying cream. The generous amount is great for frequent and liberal application. The scent seems a bit strong, almost giving me a slight headache. I'm not sure if it's exceptionally hydrating. I don't plan to repurchase.
