Own Vegan Camming Toner

I'm not sure how effective it is for blemishes, and the texture is quite thin - I even have to soak cotton pads with it to apply.

I bought this trusting the Hygge brand. I like that the scent isn't overpowering and the ingredients are gentle on the skin.
