However, the Timeless Essence Toner has a relatively thin and lightweight formula. Applying it generously twice, even up to the neckline, provides excellent hydration without needing an emulsion or cream. I'm loving how I can apply it liberally. It's fragrance-free and colorant-free, making it gentle. I've been using it for over a week on my super sensitive skin without any blemishes, redness, or itching. While I can't speak to its effectiveness as I haven't used it for over a month yet, I can definitely say it's a gentle toner that's perfect for generous, comfortable application, living up to the 'Timeless' name!
ConsAbout an hour after application, there's a slight increase in oiliness. I have dry skin, so does this oily feeling mean it's moisturizing? Applying it more than twice makes my skin feel slightly greasy. I wouldn't recommend it for oily or combination skin types.
TipI find that applying this essence toner after using an exfoliating toner improves both the feel and absorption. Using an oil-free toner to hydrate, then layering this essence toner like a moisturizer, followed by eye cream, leaves my skin comfortable without any deep dryness. I think it's because it's more oil-based than water-based.

Though the wide opening makes it tricky to control how much product comes out. Texture: Slightly sticky, watery formula. Great for skin-packing or as an exfoliating toner. Application: Lightweight and absorbs well into the skin. Formula boasts good ingredients, is nearly fragrance-free, and claims to brighten and improve wrinkles. While it's hard to see dramatic effects from a toner alone, this one does a solid job covering the basics without any major drawbacks.
ConsPrice: On the expensive side, especially considering how quickly we go through toners. Value for money is crucial here. For dry skin types: While some residual richness in a toner can be beneficial, this one only provides hydration. It might leave your skin feeling a bit parched after use. This toner would likely be a hit with those who have oily skin.
