  I have extremely combination dehydrated skin, especially prone to severe dryness, which is why I bought this. Unfortunately, it didn't help at all, and my skin still felt parched and cracked.

  Pros

  It's moisturizing, but 'bouncy' is a better way to describe it. It absorbs quickly. My makeup applies well over it. When I split the application into two steps, absorbing half each time, even my cushion foundation doesn't make my skin feel as dry!

  Cons

  It was fine for a week, but then suddenly my skin turned red and itchy, so I had to stop using it immediately. Now my mother, who has tougher skin, is using it instead.

  It absorbs beautifully without feeling sticky. The absorption is excellent, and it's packed with hydration.

  I had an allergic reaction. It was fine when I applied it to my hands, but when I put it on my face, the itching was unbearable. If it touches my lips, the allergic reaction makes it feel as spicy as eating mala tang.

  The hydration evaporates quickly if you don't apply a cream afterwards. The moisturizing effect is insufficient, and there's a slight tingling sensation typical of hyaluronic acid.
