  Until a few months ago, I had the habit of biting my nails, so my nails were very weak and even tore easily! Of course, I've fixed that now.. As I've been gradually taking care of them and growing them out, they've become weaker, inevitably. I bought the Help My Finger Nail Vitamin and tried using it, and I recommend applying it two or three times rather than just once!
