ConsCloser to a mist than a serum, so it doesn't address deep dryness, has a strong citrus scent and causes tingling if it gets in your eyes

It has a lovely scent and keeps my skin hydrated, making it perfect for frequent spritzing throughout the day!
ConsIt can sometimes cause eye irritation, so I recommend avoiding the eye area when applying.
TipSpritz it on before makeup for better application and adherence!

ConsThe strong fragrance can occasionally irritate the nose, and there's a slight stinging sensation in the eyes

I've actually tried various products on my own dime before. My skin type is dry, just for reference! ๐ Scent: Personally, I love the fragrance. It's not what you'd typically call a 'cosmetic smell', but it has notes of 'aroma' and 'white truffle'. If you're sensitive to scents, keep this in mind! I adore it, and I even had my fragrance-sensitive father test it. He loved it so much I ended up buying him his own! ๐ Hydration: I usually use Innisfree Blueberry Skin or a water-based toner for exfoliating, sometimes even clay masks. But in summer, just an exfoliating toner wasn't quite enough. Layering the Dalba spray twice seemed to help with deep dryness to some extent. Of course, for dry skin, this alone won't completely solve deep dryness. Serums and creams afterwards are absolutely essential! ๐ Key point! One thing I want to highlight is that you can use it in two ways - as separate water and oil layers, or mixed. For dry skin, mix from the start. If you're oily and worried about it feeling heavy, use it unmixed. When you feel a bit dry, try mixing it! ๐ Recommended usage: Even in summer, I prefer a slightly heavier skincare routine as I get dry. The key is layering products with the right texture. Before makeup, I spray it on unmixed, let it absorb, then shake and apply again. At night, I shake and mix it, then apply twice. It was great for tackling that initial deep dryness. ๐ Texture: It doesn't feel particularly sticky, but you can feel a fresh, moisturizing sensation.
ConsI can't think of any real downsides, except maybe the price? But that's just how good I think this product is! Oh, those sensitive to eye irritation might want to consider carefully. Since it's a mist, it can get into your eyes. As someone with sensitive eyes, it does sting a bit.
TipIf you're a fan of Dalba products, try using it with their Serum Half Half Cream for an even better effect! I've included some usage tips in the pros section.

Overall impression: This product is better suited for winter than summer, and works best as a finishing essence rather than a first essence. I initially placed it in the bathroom to use as a first essence, but the heavier texture made me hesitant to reach for it. After moving it to my vanity and using it as a final step in my essence routine, I noticed it gives a subtle glow. While many reviewers use it as their first step, I recommend experimenting to find the stage that works best for you. Pro tip: When touching up your makeup, if it looks patchy, spray this on and gently pat with your cushion for a radiant finish!
ConsHaving to shake the bottle before use is a bit of a hassle. Even though it only takes a few shakes, it's enough of an inconvenience that I'm less inclined to use it. Be careful not to overspray, as it can run and cause eye irritation. The fragrance reminds me of a department store perfume counter, which isn't to my liking. Fortunately, it dissipates quickly.

ConsDespite the high price, it contains more concerning ingredients than expected As a spray type, it stings and irritates the eyes when sprayed The spray cap comes off too easily, falling off immediately when lifted by the cap alone, which is disappointing
TipSpraying directly on the face can irritate the eyes It's better to spray the desired amount onto your palms and then apply it to your face

First of all, d'Alba is one of those brands that consistently leaves a great impression by continuously improving their mist products and paying attention to consumer feedback. What sets d'Alba mists apart from many other cosmetics is that they use rose water instead of purified water. Plus, with d'Alba's upgraded oil content and various added ingredients, it's just fantastic. As someone with combination dehydrated skin and super sensitive skin, I can't use just any product. Once I find something that works, I tend to stick with it. Since using d'Alba mist, I've stopped using a separate toner and now go straight to essence or cream after the mist. While I'm not an expert on ingredients, what I've noticed after long-term use is that my deep dryness has significantly improved compared to other products, which I love most about it. The fine mist spray ensures even application without clumping, so I often spritz it on even after applying makeup!
ConsIt stings a bit if it gets in your eyes. Other than that, I didn't find anything disappointing!
TipThis product has separate oil and serum layers, so it needs to be mixed before use. Since I usually apply a rich cream at night, when I want a lighter application, I use just the serum part without shaking. Before makeup, I use a lighter cream, so I shake the bottle to mix the oil layer for use.
