I'm always on the hunt for silicone-free, no-wash serums and treatments. I took a chance on this Hwahae Testers product, but it falls somewhere between a 2 and 3-star rating for me. To cut to the chase, after about a week of use, I found myself searching for a new serum again. No matter how much I applied, that dry, parched feeling just wouldn't go away. Overapplying led to a sticky residue, leaving my hair feeling like damp straw. It also caused a lot of static. While it's not the worst water-based formula I've tried, it's less effective than the Grow Us water treatment I reviewed previously. That pretty much sums it up...
